The Tetranational Congress of Phytotherapy 2024, a joint initiative of the national phytotherapy organizations of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, will be held in Utrecht, the Netherlands on May 30th- 31 st 2024. For more information you can consult the congress website: www.phytotherapy2024.com It is our pleasure to invite you on behalf of the organizing committees of the Dutch Society of Phytotherapy (NVF) to participate in this event as partner, sponsor, or visitor.

The biannual congress for phytotherapy, which was originally a tri-national congress organized by national organizations of phytotherapy in the German-speaking countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland, became a tetra-national congress from 2018 onwards, when the Dutch organization of phytotherapy participated for the first time in the Congress organization in Vienna and subsequently also in 2022 in Zurich. As this cooperation proved to be a great success, the third Tetranational Congress for Phytotherapy will be held for the first time as an international congress in the Netherlands. With this congress we want to offer the unique opportunity to bring together colleagues from clinical practice, science and industry.

Inspired by the One Health concept we invite interested parties from human and veterinary medicine, preclinical and pharmaceutical science, to contribute to the program and to the exchange of knowledge and experience, with regard to the increasing use and significance of herbal products and phytotherapy in human and veterinary health care, with a special focus on infection and immunity.

Liabilities and Responsibilities

The Organizing Committee will arrange all matters relating to the exhibition. The address for correspondence is: info@phytotherapy2024.com

Exhibition participants are responsible for the costs of construction/building up. A floor plan indicating the location and the maximum construction height of individual stands will be sent to the exhibition participants not later than two months prior to the start of the Congress.

  1. All booth structures must comply with the boundaries of the booth space. Exhibitors supplying individual stands/meeting places are not permitted to use the walls adjacent to their Stands may not block the view of other stands. Aisle sides of stands may not be blocked by full-length walls. Ceilings and backs of stands must be neatly finished. This also applies to stands higher than2.3 metres. Stands must be designed to meet fire regulations. 70% of the roof space therefore needs to be left open.
  2. The design of your stand and a rough layout, including the measurements (length, width, and height), must be sent to the Congress secretariat at least six weeks prior to the exhibition date to be presented and approved by the building technical office.
  3. Exhibition boots can be connected to the building electricity supply provided and approved by the Technical service of the Academic Building, Utrecht.
  4. Stands must be dismantled and all items and waste materials removed on Friday, 31-5-2024, 19:00 h.
  5. Where essential, cleaning costs relating to stand building and dismantling will be charged directly to the responsible exhibitor.
  6. Only applications submitted with the enclosed form (see below) will be All application forms must be completed and clearly signed by an authorized person (acting as contact), and submitted to the Congress Secretariat.
  7. Cancellations must be submitted by registered letter addressed to the Congress Secretariat: A charge of 50% of the balance will apply for any cancellation after April 30th 2024.
  8. The Congress organization can take no liability for the any material and/or constructions exhibited during the congress. Please inform your respective insurance company if appropriate.
  9. Any technical information about the format of a booth must be received before March 15th 2024 and fees are due till March 30th 2024 after clearance from the technical service of the academy building.

Congress Venue

The Congress will be held in the historic academy building in the centre of Utrecht.

Several rooms and hallways have been reserved for this event, and more details about the possibility to present your company in boots and with dissemination of information brochures are detailed below.

 

Place and time exhibition

The exhibition will be open during the entire two-days meeting and is located near the entrance, coffee and refreshment area.

Opening hours

The exhibition is open to all registered participants and registered accompanying persons during the following hours:

31st of May                                                            08.30 hours –18.00 hours

Build up exhibition

Build up is preliminary scheduled on Wednesday May 29th  between 16:00 – 18:00 hours.

 

Admission

Registered participants have free admission to the exhibition.

Registration

All booth staff must be registered for the Conference. Technical staff for building up and removal of booths needs to be announced prior to the Congress to receive free visitor batches.
